About the Application
Cleantracker AI is primarily utilized to objectively measure dirt on surfaces that have been previously cleaned. The app uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to compare a pre-referenced image alongside a current sample image and the results are then analyzed and any presence of dirt is presented in percentages. The final results can then be exported to a .csv file and utilized for further data processing.

Application Utilization
In order to measure the percentage of dirt objectively, you will require a test kit that is calibrated to be used with the app. The test kit consists of white high-density cleanroom microfiber cloths, 1 bottle of ultra-pure water and a white cloth holder. You can order the test kit directly within the app and have it shipped to you directly. The test kit comes 10, 50 or 100 pcs test cloths depending on your requirements.


How to perform a sample measurement
Step 1. In order to perform a sample measurement, you first need to determine which%of dirt will be considered acceptable for the test beforehand. You can adjust this setting by clicking the gear icon in the upper right area of the application. Simply enter the percentage of surface dirt that is considered acceptable and click on save. In this example, lets suppose that a maximum of 10% is the acceptable proportion of surface dirt allowed for the test to be approved. As such, any test result over 10% will therefore be considered as not being approved by the application.
Step 2. Click the START TEST icon. From there, take a reference picture of a clean white cloth that comes with your test kit. The reference cloth is placed on the cloth holder and the cloth holder is placed on a flat horizontal surface for ideal performance. Click on the "Reference" icon and grant the app permission to engage the camera. Hold the camera in front of the test screen so that it fits within the white border area. With the camera relatively still, take a picture. NOTE: It is important that shadows from your smartphone or other direct lamp light will not interfere with the screen.
Step 3. Take the clean reference cloth and spray 2 times with ultra-pure water on the front of the cloth. Then swipe the surface you wish to test within an area of 0.5 by 0 .5 m2 for 10 seconds with normal hand pressure. Next, attach the sample cloth onto the cloth holder with the tested side exposed. Click on the "Sample" icon and hold the camera in front of the sample screen so that it fits within the white frame and take a picture. Again, any screen distortions due to shadows or light as previously mentioned. Ideally, it would also be best to take the picture using the same position of the cloth holder as when you took the picture on the reference cloth previously. This is to avoid and minimize erroneous measurements.
Step 4. Once complete, the result of surface dirt in the app will be calculated and displayed in percentages which will indicate a pass or fail based on your parameters. Finally, identify the customer, the specific unit ID along with a description and the individual who performed the test and click SAVE.


Exporting results
To save the results generated through the app, click on "SAVED RESULTS" from the main menu. Here you will have the opportunity to export your results via a .csv file which can either be saved locally on your smartphone or emailed directly. The app will allow for sharing capabilities through another 3rd party solutions within your phone as well.
